Bellmount BBQ & Outdoor Fireplace Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the appliance when purchased through an authorised dealer or stockist. The warranty is non-transferable and is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Your Carron Bellmount BBQ and outdoor fireplace is covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty on the structural integrity of the stove body, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The appliance has been manufactured using quality materials and high-temperature outdoor coatings designed to provide resistance against corrosion and weather exposure. However, as this product is intended for outdoor use, exposure to environmental conditions such as rain, sunlight, snow, humidity, salt air, chlorine, and other chemicals may affect the finish and surface appearance over time.

Finish & Surface Care

Surface wear including rust, oxidation, fading, scratches, abrasions, and cosmetic blemishes are considered part of normal outdoor use and are not covered under warranty. Regular maintenance, including cleaning and paint touch-ups where required, is recommended to preserve the appearance of the appliance. Please note that products located within 10 miles of coastal areas may be exposed to increased moisture and salt levels and will require more frequent maintenance.

Consumable Components

The following items are considered consumable parts and are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Fire bricks
  • Cast iron grills
  • Pizza Stones

These components are subject to wear during normal operation and will require replacement periodically depending on fuel type, operating temperature, and duration of use.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, mishandling, or improper operation
  • Unauthorised alterations or modifications
  • Accidental, indirect, or consequential damage
  • Cosmetic imperfections including dents, scratches, or marks that do not affect functionality
  • Products purchased through unauthorised sellers
  • Normal wear and tear associated with outdoor exposure and use
  • The use of liquid firelighters or accelerants is strictly prohibited, and doing so will result in the warranty being invalidated. Always use solid firelighters
